UWB Terminations are installed at the end of a transmission line or any open port in a DAS network to block RF energy from radiating outward or reflecting back to its source. It is important to make sure that the wattage rating matches, or exceeds, the RF power level where the termination is to be used for adequate dissipation of the energy in the form of heat.
These terminations are ideally suited for a variety of applications including testing, accurate measurement, and to terminate an unused port in an in-building system.
