Westell Mourns the Sudden Passing of Board Member Robert C. Penny III

AURORA, Ill., July 25, 2023 – Westell Technologies, Inc. (“Westell” or the “Company”) (Pink: WSTL), announced today that Robert C. Penny III (“Buzz”), a member of the Westell Board of Directors, passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2023 at the age of 70. Mr. Penny served as a Director of the Company since September 1998 and was the Chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
