Westell Appoints Brian Brouillette as Senior Vice President of Intelligent Site Management and Worldwide Services
AURORA, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Westell Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTL), a leading provider of in-building wireless, intelligent site management, cell site optimization, and outside plant solutions, announces the appointment of Brian Brouillette as Senior Vice President of Intelligent Site Management (ISM) and Worldwide Services.
Brian comes to Westell with more than 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, executive management, and global services. Throughout his career, he has shown remarkable leadership and vision in the areas of strategic product and system development, marketing, and training; helping a wide range of businesses successfully manage and transform their technology environments to optimize business outcomes.

Prior to his new position at Westell, Brian served as VP and GM of Ixia, a provider of application performance and security resilience solutions. At Ixia, Brian oversaw the firm’s sales operations and was instrumental in the integration of Ixia following the 2013 acquisition of Net Optics. Before the acquisition, he served as VP and GM of Global Support and Professional Services for Net Optics. Brian also founded and served as the Managing Director of TateLee Consulting. Other prior positions included VP and GM of Enterprise Services for Juniper Networks and VP and GM for Hewlett Packard (HP), where he worked for 27 years. At HP, Brian was responsible for overseeing four business units: HP Datacenter Services (EYP), HP Network Services, HP Mission Critical Services, and HP Education Services.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan, and successfully completed seven non-degree programs at both Stanford and Harvard Universities.
