SUMMARY: Manage assigned specific internal accounts, under the direction of sales executives and management. Specializing in all aspects of each account from quote to returns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build positive relationships with customers focusing on customer needs as it relates to each product line.
- Direct customer liaison regarding quote requests, PO processing, PO status, lead times, pricing, general technical concerns and/or general product inquiries.
- Work with Operations to obtain lead times in order to manage quantity and timelines of orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate efforts with internal staff as required to assist customers in specifying and purchasing products, product issues and product fulfillment resolution.
- Work with Sales/Marketing Team to accomplish sales objectives including support deliverables, as determined by management, on product releases, product updates and promotional/customer sales incentive programs.
- Contact primary customers to insure receipt of new product notifications and/or product related updates.
- Proactively follow up on incoming leads and product inquires including, but not limited to, website inquires and events.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product Management to understand new products or changes/enhancements of existing products to gain sufficient knowledge to effectively relay product information to customers.
- Provide custom reports for customers and sales team, as requested.
- Prepare and maintain open quote reports and identify open orders.
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- 3-5 years of related experience; preferably in customer service, is required
- SAP experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel and Word experience preferred
- Must be a self-starting, independent worker

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000 per year
